Pride Home Sales is proud to represent Pleasant Valley modular homes and Pine Grove manufactured homes, located right here in Schuylkill County, PA! Both brands are build in one state-of-the-art factory, and there are regularly several homes on display, which are available to tour during Pleasant Valley’s normal business hours (Mon-Fri, 8am-4pm). In addition, approximately once per month, the Pleasant Valley campus is open on Saturdays from 9am-1pm. See below for upcoming dates!

As part of precautions to ensure the safety of associates and guests alike, we now offer reserved time slots to visit out model homes and design center (Monday-Friday) with the following protocols:
90 minute in-person visits
Time slots available Monday-Friday with starting times 8:30am to 2:30pm
Upon arrival, please give us a call and we will greet you at your car and sign your party in (please keep group sizes to a minimum)
Your visit to the model homes and design center will be self-guided. We will provide you with information sheets on the homes when we sign you in at your car. No Pleasant Valley staff will be available for in-person tours.
Masks are required per CDC guidance
Limit contact with high-touch surfaces such as switches, door handles/knobs, cabinet pulls, etc.
Pets are prohibited
Restrooms are available in the Design Center

We invite you to visit us in Pine Grove, PA, on all non-holiday weekdays from 8am-4pm in order to enjoy a self-guided tour of our model homes and Design Center.
We know that a new home purchase is a big decision, so we aim to make it easier for you to gain ideas, decide what best fits your needs, and select colors and options. While our staff makes every reasonable effort to provide some basic guidance and/or to answer your questions pertinent to the homes that we build (from bottom of the floor to the peak of the roof), you should not expect a team member to be able to provide more than cursory guidance, such as where to start, where to find restrooms, and how to most effectively utilize your time here.
Of course, because we are a wholesale manufacturer, we cannot provide more general guidance on homebuilding, nor can we address questions regarding costs. For specific information respecting pricing and all site-related matters, please contact your local builder or retailer.
Saturday Open Houses

We are going to be holding an open house for the retail public on Saturday, June 13, 2020. Due to current COVID regulations, we are required to limit the number of people in attendance. If you want to attend an Open House, it is mandatory that you call 570-345-6500 to register.
The following protocols will be in effect:
· Everyone is required to call and schedule an appointment. We will not be accepting walk-ins.
· Contact with Pleasant Valley staff will be very limited. This is meant to be a self-guided tour of the homes. All customer questions will need to be directed to the retailer seller.
· Group size should be limited to the homebuyers only.
· Customers are asked to limit touching light switches, door knobs, drawers, etc.
· Customers are asked to avoid congregating in the homes.
· No pets are permitted, unless they are licensed service animals.
· Everyone must wear a face covering.
· Plant tours will not be given.
· The Design Center will be open for restroom facilities and brief use by customers. We will be limiting the number of people permitted in the building.
